You can submit your comments/testimony:

  • As written testimony/comments

  • Present your comments (verbal testimony) during the hearing  (usually submit written testimony to accompany your comments)



Finding Out When Testimony is Being Heard

Find Hearing Dates for your Bill(s)


  • Review the Daily Bulletin -

This will include information about:

  • Which Dates a Committee is having a hearing
  • The agenda, which includes links to the bills covered
  • Instructions for how to submit written testimony, and instructions for signing up to testify


  • Committee Hearing and Meeting Dates, and Bills
    • Find your committee of interest www.cga.ct.gov and click on "Committees" select the committee of interest. Open that Committee page. Note the items listed under "For the Record" this includes Committee meetings, Hearings, with agendas and testimony.
