Taking Care of the Caregiver
Receive reimbursement of up to $1000 of qualified out of pocket medical expenses each year.

CNA members are eligible for assistance with out-of-pocket medical expenses. You may receive payment for 50% of your out-of-pocket medical expenses, up to $1000 per year. The process is confidential and members are encouraged to request assistance.

Connecticut Nurses Association receives funding to support members with their out-of-pocket health care costs. Elizabeth Kirk, a private duty nurse and member of the Connecticut Nurses Association, bequeathed the association funds to support nurses’ health.
