Health Expense Relief for Nurses

Thanks to the generous donation of the late Elizabeth Kirk a private duty nurse and CNA Member, the Connecticut Nurses' Association is able to support members with out-of-pocket health care costs.
Eligible Members Receive:

Reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year for qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses

CNA members: Eligible for 50% reimbursement of out-of-pocket medical costs, up to $1,000 annually
