Disclosures
To receive your professional development continuing education certificate:

• You must have picked up your badge at registration.
• Be in attendance for at least 90 % of the activity.
• Complete the online evaluation. (Upon completion you will be linked to the certificate for you to download and save.)
• There is no relevant financial relationship for all individuals in a position to control content for this activity
Evaluation and Certificate
Nursing Continuing Professional Development Education contact hours will be awarded for this workshop
• You pick up your badge at the registration desk
• You must attend a minimum of 90% of the sessions to receive contact hours
• You must complete the online CNE evaluation by scanning the QR provided at the end of the day
• Be sure SAVE your certificate and put your name in the participant space provided on the certificate
*Please note it is important to complete the enrollment process and access to the online modules as directed during the event.
We are not able to provide extended access to the online/on-demand modules, due module reviews/updates and new cohorts.
On-demand eLearning Modules:
You will have access until 6/1/25
You MUST activate your eLearning account for access to the modules
To activate your account, follow instructions in the eLearning enrollment email.
The eLearning enrollment email will be from "support@ctnurses-elearn.org" and will be sent by the end of next week (3/18/25)
If you have not activated your account by 3/31/2025 you may lose access.

To access eLearning Modules
1. Register with eLearning
You will receive email from support@ctnurses-elearn.org - this email is sent to the email you used for registration.
Open the email from support@ctnurses-elearn.org. Write down your assigned username. Follow instructions (click the link) to reset the password.
2. Login to the eLearning:
Go to www.ctnurses-eLearn.org and click LOGIN, and login with your username and password from step Click the "MyDashboard" - the courses will be listed.

3. Bookmark the eLearning page: https://CTNurses-elearn.org
