Job Description

Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Camden, N.J. is seeking talented and experienced nurse managers for its Progressive Care and 2E/W Telemetry units.  Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital is part of the Lourdes Health System which is a member of Catholic Health East, the ninth largest health system in the United States and the fourth largest Catholic system.  The Nurse Managers will provide the leadership to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of patient care services and that patient care staff develop into expert practitioners. The Nurse Managers will be responsible for the core nursing management functions of the unit including overseeing quality of patient care and the patient and family experience, and each Nurse Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, directing, mentoring and retaining staff; collaborating with other nurse managers, physicians and care providers, and serving as leaders in areas of nursing practice and patient care excellence.  There are currently two positions available, one for PCU and one for 2E/W.

The position will be based in Camden, New Jersey.
